Return & Refund Policy

At Jameelun, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that due to the delicate nature of our pieces, we have a strict return policy:

Returns:

 

  • Damaged Items Only: We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged.
  • Notification Period: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if the item arrives damaged. Please contact our customer support team at store.jameelun@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • No Returns After 3 Days: We cannot accept returns for any reason after the 3-day notification period has expired.

 

Refunds (for Damaged Items):

 

    • Once we receive your notification and verify the damage, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
    • Upon receiving the damaged item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.  

 

Exchanges:

 

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • We carefully inspect each piece before shipment to ensure its quality and condition.
  • This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made through the Jameelun website. If you purchased your item from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return and refund policies.
